The Registrant is unable to complete its audit and preparation of its Form 10-K for the period ended December 31, 2021 in a timely matter because of unanticipated delays .
Of course, slow and steady unanticipated delays.
Down to 15-17 days remaining to time a boatload of new tweets in line with April 15th (17th) filing date.
Maybe another tik tok Boom tweet the night before like Q3 2022 10-Q release on November 14, 2022? Then the 8-K for invictus insurance wrap investment grade, timed perfectly, to deflect from that horrendous 10-Q filed the same day.
Stock up on the popcorn for all of those supposed SEC-approved tweets coming down the pike before the 10-K is filed.
