Watch the list on OTCM Corporate Actions look up Tier Changes for huge volume. I'd suspect that there is heavy volume for processing of filings now due to the last minute. It happens every quarter. Watch IFAN Form C to become effective = Pink Current. Watch MSTO Annual to become effective = Pink Limited before they submit attorney letter for Pink Current. Watch ATVK for full 10K to become Pink Current. ATVK is same management as EPAZ. Trade these things. Don't be in them long, just trade them for a quick buck or two.
