With the hold lifted...We ultimately get credence...Eyeballs...FOMO by larger players...a union of minds focused on the molecule...and the understanding...that Amarex NSF et al...are facing Sidley Austin and suddenly deeper pockets.
Where I come from...we learned your first loss is usually your best loss...dragging it out...usually pisses people off...including the judiciary...The resulting pain is exacerbated exponentially...that's why lawyers look for expedient settlements.
