what's funny is the bashers were all focused on Nader - until he was gone. Now it's about the money. Wait, you guys mean it's not about Nader anymore? They are so transparent - looking for anything to back their obvious agenda.
From people i've talked to, a settlement with Amerex seems highly likely this year. The numbers I've heard are 50-100MM.
I also think a partnership on oncology comes soon after the hold - so there's a good bit more money.
I do think you're right that a NASH trial starts this year - but we won't get data for a good while. So the question is, does somebody come in with a real offer for the whole company before that data is available? Can they look at the preliminary data and take a leap of faith?
I would love to have an option to take some chips off the table this year at any reasonable share price. After 7 years of ups and downs, i'd like to have at least a little play money from this thing. I'll leave the rest in for the long haul, which i continue to think will be great.
