Inexpensive but delicious cabernet from Alexander Valley Vineyards tonight. Three filets, because that's how many were required to make weight. I'm living off PRVB proceeds while waiting on this baby to blow. But I am in a podunk town. Good call. Lucky thing was it's in the kind of area where you can find good steak. Hit up a butcher shop in the middle of nowhere and he cut my filet from a fresh full tenderloin.
Give me a hold lift in the next week or two and I'll be trying a large handful of those killer cabs on Parrothead's list.
