“Common “take out premiums” have been 40, 60, even 80% of a company’s going share price“ We have had 100 precent moves in a month.
Only reason I don’t think this isn't happening. I’d be pissed if we got picked up for 3-5 bucks a share.
Maybe down the road this will happen once the company is valued at a higher price.
