We do not know how many have responded asking for samples, downloading the studies, talking to their colleagues at conferences, or on the phone, etc. There is ZERO evidence that the opposite is true - i.e. - the message(s) are being ignored. Money is tight. This ain't hard to understand. Occam's Razor is in effect.
