Bad would be if VERB filed late without filling out a form 12b-25. Since they are filling out that form, it needs to be a good reason for that form to be accepted. If you read what I have quoted from a website, you should understand that it most likely an event that has happened recently, or is about to happen that will significantly affect VERB's bottom line. There have been indications of VERB working on an acquisition or merger of some sort with a company with deep pockets that can allow for a significant marketing campaign. Can't wait to see what it is tbh.
