NAPLES, FL, March 29, 2023 - Bell Buckle Holdings, Inc. (OTC: BLLB) subsidiary Jump Start Sports has hired Dan Pincombe as its VP Operations. Pincombe will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Jump Starts operation, including managing staff, implementing policies and procedures, ensuring the quality of camps and programs, as well as compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Further, he will work closely with CEO Rick Hart to identify and pursue opportunities for growth and expansion via franchising, including new program offerings and partnerships with other organizations.
Prior to Jump Start Sports, Dan spent 10 years in property management, overseeing commercial, industrial, and retail portfolios for large banks and institutions. He is a graduate of ITT Tech, where he majored in Applied Science of Criminal Justice.

Jump Start Sports has sold three franchise territories, with plans to sell more than 15 franchises in the next year and over 100 units sold and operational by the end of the third year. It has partnered with iFranchise, a leading franchise consulting business, and Quarles & Brady, a preeminent franchise law firm, to assist in its growth plans. According to its FDD, a Jump Start Sports franchise costs $35,000 per territory, with an initial investment of $60,000 - $75,000 required by a franchisee.
