Lamont just helped Dalton pump UNVC in 2021 when the big drop kept happening after the false claim of up-listing to Nasdaq never happened in 1st quarter of 2021 as stated by Dalton.
They could do a partnership if they meet the 2 requirements of the IRS which UNVC doesn't meet thissuch as charitable, religious, scientific or educational goals it has to meet both.
General Partners
If a nonprofit wants to operate as a general partner in your venture, the partnership will have to pass two Internal Revenue Service tests; if it doesn't pass, the nonprofit will lose its tax-exempt status. The first test is whether the partnership serves one of the exempt purposes allowed for 501(c)(3) organizations, such as charitable, religious, scientific or educational goals. The second test is that the nonprofit must be able to put its organizational goals first; if it's obligated to put the best interests of the partnership ahead of its charitable endeavors, the partnership is unacceptable.
