I have zero against responsible gun owners, but the key word is responsible. I have six hunting rifles myself, locked in a gun closet, with ammo appropriately separate and stored. What I don’t have is an AR-15 or an AK, which I can get on the street to blow someone’s brains out.
Yes, mental illness is a problem, no argument, however, don’t you think if those that are mentally ill had zero access to weapons, there’d be a much lower percentage of school shootings. Remember, humans pull the trigger. No trigger, no gun.
