The company has been very open to supply information to its shareholders when there is non restrictive information (NDA, loan details etc) available.
While frustrating, when there is no update to provide there is no update, Example Durango and Australia projects are projects which are controlled by someone other than SNPW.
SNPW has no control of what the primaries partners are or are not going to do going forward. Why SNPW may have had shovels ready to go, the primary partner apparently was not ready to start the project. SNPW reported what SNPW situation was at the time.
Public record - After eight months of no visible activity from SNPW Fortune 500 Tsingshan Group subsidiary FoxEss still list SNPW as it only global partner and a contact for FoxEss.
Common Sense - If FoxEss did not have a plan that involved SNPW in its future, why leave SNPW as a contact on it official website?
It would make no logical business sense for FoxEss to lead potential customers around the world to SNPW if it was a dead end.
