Are we being played? Always possible with broker to broker trades the pps could be manipulated down after a slight run up! IT HAPPENS! Hold and watch for a big block that could be a White Lion Capital influx of capital! JMO! Buys are not being quickly filled tells me fewer sellers are placing limit orders.
