Looks like the company has been made aware of mine and other’s posts today and is now scrambling to cover their ass. Also Mahat was not wrong. Mexus Gold US is currently revoked in Nevada, however he cited an older corporation name which is also revoked. Mahat should be thanked for questioning things but instead the people who protect and cover for PT dump on Mahat.
This was just sent to me. It was posted on the Go4Gold Mexus private board. Looks like Mexus is trying to cover their ass by saying it was an oversight. No filing in 2021, no filing in 2022. Yeah right! One would think that in all that spare time sitting around the kitchen table waiting for a JV offer that you would remember to make sure you had a license to even do business. What a joke!

Over-site with much else going on led to a lapse in filing the paperwork with Nevada. Was caught and is being rectified currently. Should be updated here before long. Also, WAS, AND IS NOT 5 YEARS IN ARREARS .. once again, misleading garbage being spewed through pure ignorance. Annual filings have been made - as will this one.
Why I even bother is beyond me. Communication is much easier than shitting all over other peoples senses.
