SPORTSQUEST, INC (SPQS) Q2 TARGET & CORPORATE UPDATE

The Company SPORTS QUEST (SPQS) www.sports-quest.co is pleased to update shareholders and followers on planned events that are targeted to occur in Q2 2023.
The Company has retained a Texas-based PCAOB auditor for the purpose of returning to being an SEC reporting company.
The Company will continue to make its periodic reports available with both SEC and OTC moving forward.
The Company is in the process of the name change as previously announced. Completing the audit and other corporate actions (FINRA) is well underway and as previously announced paves the way for a significant and one-of-a-kind large-scale manufacturing merger.
The Company is working closely with the incoming manufacturing co and will provide alert updates via its official social media Twitter account @SpqsOtc. Appropriate pictures/images of facilities will be released on our corporate website sports-quest.co and in due time we will introduce the new incoming management
Interim Turn-around CEO Irina Vaselinovic stated We acknowledge our long time and in due time we will introduce the new incoming management at followers and shareholders frustration while we had to remain silent for a while, (quiet period) and working hard to connect all dots that would bring SPQS back on a successful path. We believe the long wait will pay off for our long-term followers. One of my favorite quotes is by George Washington Patience is a noble virtue, and, when rightly exercised, does not fail of its reward.
We also acknowledge our most harsh and relentless critics and we remind them that we are interim management who took over the SPQS co that was in duress and in peril. Not 1 new common share has been issued during my tenure, since 2021. We returned and retired over 1,9 Billion shares back to the treasury, we bought and sold assets (beverage business), and made a healthy profit of more than $500,000 in 2022.
We remain dedicated as the whole team of SPQS is working together on preparing a rock-solid foundation for new, productive and prosperous company in 2023 and beyond.
