Makes the guy look like an @ss blaming others fighting for their rights to avoid being victims of some serious unproven chemical recycling process in the immediate area.

Only an extremely greedy and self-entitled person could take legal action against residents (living in the area for years), an innocent college (young students advancing their lives) and DEM (the most accountable) and towns (protecting kids at a daycare facility).

The approach is a complete disgrace. No accountability. Then consider the strategic part waiting until after 12-31-22 when it became official with the same guy owning 100% membership of Medrecycler and acting Ceo of Medi-Ri. Both former entities of public company snpw with shareholders ending up empty-handed.

Quote:
And when later denied by the RI-DEM, Nick is taking legal action and "names the state[, the state Department of Environmental Management, and neighbors of the projects who had objected to it — the town of East Greenwich and the New England Institute of Technology".

Keep rooting the guy on with every next complete failure. They'll come a time when the koolade runs out. No apologies needed. The background surrounding the whole debacle looks very clear that someone came into town as if he owned it. A bunch of bad business decisions followed up with trying to play politics and it backfired.

one employee so only one person to point the blame at.

in my humble opinion

cheers
