I recently moved some of my assets from Vanguard to Fidelity because Fidelity still allows no commission trades for OTCBB stocks, while Vanguard was $6.95 for sells only, since they no longer allow buys of OTCBB stocks! Problem in transferring shares to Fidelity is that OTCBB stocks must be over $0.25 and a certain market cap--I forger the figure--but CYDY met those minimums so the transfer was completed. Unfortunately I have 2 other OTCBB stocks which didn't meet their guidelines and I had to leave them with Vanguard, biggest position being PVCT, which I suspect a few others here might also hold.
