Excellent post LV! And well timed. I had forgotten about the requirement of up to date fins for private companies before they are merged. Been on the edge of my seat waiting on Set Go and I was overlooking things like that.

Since doc said the last required piece was complete we are, in my mind, probably just waiting on some basic housekeeping like what you mentioned.
