Tucker is a cherry picking mfr. He COULD take that photo of the Germans marching in the streets of Paris and paint it as the caption says.
He could also describe Gen Custer marching the 7th Cavalry to meet Chief Crazy Horse on the banks of the Little Bighorn for a picnic and some peace pipe smoking.
