I agree, we shouldn't be looking at at the arbitration for funding. If we got an amazing 80 million dollar settlement, that's like a penny a share.
I would like to move on; no other therapeutic has been approved to replace remdesivir and now Paxlovid, so striving for punitive damages if there was corruption on a woulda, shoulda, coulda basis will be very hard.
We need to concentrate on what we have now.
