I've been involved in several arbitrations. The attorneys ALWAYS were involved in advising us so that we clients did not do something stupid. In the arbitration meetings themselves, attorneys were always present.
However, I agree that it is not a matter of CYDY's attorneys dragging things out simply to get billable hours. It's in CYDY's best interests to get things settled ASAP. It's in Amarex's best interests to drag things on for years -- which, as Craig correctly implied, they can certainly do.
