Wow, I don't know how you misunderstand such basic facts so completely.

If the price is rising, somebody knows something.

If the price is falling, somebody is trying to pretend that they know something.

They may know something but hope that others do not.

Or they many know nothing because they don't want to know anything.

Or maybe the price is falling just because the market in general is a sodden mess, like my dog's favorite ball. But some of us are still wagging our tails over here.
