My mistake 1,113,658,071 is the number it takes us over the 4 dollar threshold can't count restricted shares. can be redeemed by the CEO to any stock conversion could be ,5 common or unrestricted to 2 million. They are used for buying another company. CEO would be crazy to sell it would revalue the common stock. CEO would make a offering first, Since UNVC seems profitable no need for that
