I think the bit about fabrication delays is quite thin, more like an excuse. It is hard or me to imagine what the delay could be. It is not clear if it is external or internal, an external vendor that is not supplying components on schedule or the internal machine shop. I suppose it is most likely internal, and that is something that they should be able to get a handle on. Solve. If it is external, same thing. Get another supplier or, utilize some of their vast legal resources to seek damages. I have actually been involved in a situation where a vendor was late... and we got damages from them.
I still find it odd that they are crowing in the 10k that they have ordered long-lead items for the RTK installation without providing firm dates. If they are discussing the details of that installation, they should have firm dates in mind that they can announce. It is called planning. Normally you do not order long lead items until you proceed with the project. Equipment (ordering long lead items) means large incurred costs. You don't do that unless you are serious. Ordering means payment, which means an Account Payable on the books, and if it is payable within 1 year it is Cash.
I scanned the 10k. More of the same. Obviously the unprofitable trend has not been reversed n a big way, although there was some improvement.
Good luck all...
