There are a couple of options imo. Either he puts out the annuals with forward looking statements in them or he drops the PR that makes new beginnings right after the annuals. He said the final piece is in place and the train has arrived. I take Docs words at face value and expect one of the two scenarios to come to fruition in the coming weeks if not days.
