Criminal charges would be nice, but potential recoveries for shareholders would be nicer...I think (hope) that is what the Trustee is trying to accomplish by hiring the special litigation counsel.
Also, hopefully, there will be no payouts from the estate to anyone with fiduciary responsibilities to GNBT shareholders, because they obviously failed miserably at that job!
And claiming that Moscato ran a dictatorship is not an excuse, but a further indication of the complete incompetence, negligence, and dereliction of duties.
