Response to my earlier email.
My client has forwarded me your e-mail below. Please note that the Trustee has not and does not intend to release Mr. Moscato from any claims that the Generex estate can assert. On the contrary, the Trustee has retained Mr. David Cimo and his law firm as special litigation counsel to investigate and potentially pursue claims in that regard. That said, we are still in the early parts of the investigation of the case and to the extent the Trustee requires information related to potential claims, either myself or Mr. Cimo will reach out to you to solicit same.
Best,

Sent today to trustee email
Trustee Barmat-
I will be brief. I have been a stockholder of GNBT from before the days of CEO Joseph Moscato. With this type of stock, losses are always anticipated. What is not acceptable is deceit, fraud, misrepresentation, and blatant lying. Mr Moscato and several members of the board did this right up to the last stockholders conference call- Just before they quietly slipped out and shut the door for good. If lying to stockholders is a crime, then Mr Moscato is a criminal and should be prosecuted . I appreciate you taking the time to read this.
