Looks like the Trustee withdrew the "bank records" subpoena (Wells Fargo only) and "Creditors" (Bird) therefore withdrew the motion to quash...
Also, looks like the sale of NGIO (NUGX) and Olaregen to Youfeng is now official.
I guess there is still a small chance that we might get a small part of the $3,350,000 sale price...

The Trustee, MARC P. BARMAT, files this Trustee’s Report of Sale, and states as follows:
1. On January 30, 2023, the Trustee held an auction of the Trustee’s right, title and interest in Antigen Express, Inc. d/b/a NuGenerex Immuno-Oncology, Inc. and Olaregen Therapeutix, Inc. There were two bidders present, Beijing Youfeng Biological Technology Co., Ltd and Bio & Med Tech of the Future SPV2, LP. The highest bid came in at $3,350,000.00 from Beijing Youfeng Biological Technology Co., Ltd.
2. On February 7, 2023, the Court entered an Order Approving the Sale of Equity to Beijing Youfeng Biological Technology Co., Ltd [ECF No. 135] for $3,350,000.00.
3. On November 17, 2022, the Court entered an Order [ECF NO. 69] authorizing the return of any escrow deposits by unsuccessful bidders. The unsuccessful bidder, Bio & Med Tech of the Future SPV2, LP, deposited with the Trustee, $150,000.00. The Trustee is returning the escrow deposit stated above.
4. Pursuant to Court Order entered February 7, 2023, [ECF NO. 135], the Trustee paid the stalking horse bidder, Bio & Med Tech of the Future SPV2, LP, a breakup fee in the amount of $50,000.00 from the sale proceeds received. The funds were issued to the trust account of their attorney, Michael D. Lessne, Esq.
Also, looks like the sale of NGIO (NUGX) and Olaregen to Youfeng is now official.
I guess there is still a small chance that we might get a small part of the $3,350,000 sale price...
