Maybe you missed an earlier post of mine. In it I said I was not the sharpest knife in the drawer. I wouldn't know the questions to ask or understand the answers I get. I know AS stands for authorized shares which is the total shares authorized to be in the share structure. From there, it gets a little fuzzy. OS stands for outstanding shares which, I believe, stands for the toal shares that are available for trading-the float-plus ,I think, restricted shares. So when restricted shares fulfill the time limit and come off restriction, does that change anything? Teach me, Wer, teach me. Or anyone? TIA My best to you, Jim
