Can anyone ask the company that if there is a settlement, will shareholders of record at different time points be given proportionally different special dividends as compensation. The reason is different shareholders were harmed by different amounts based on the date they held. For example, the most recent purchase was done at 20c and that purchaser may have actually benefited from abnormally low share price that may be partially due to naked shorting to receive 1/3 of the company.
