i don't read every post esp. during the week and so maybe i missed a bunch. in the past hlnt did a pipe and lied about it. they also hired a gagged ta. i contend that was not an accident. i don't have to convince anyone about what i know. you can put it on the quest-list and ask.

i follow the stock but don't personally care enough about the investment to go track down the info for others. for those of you who are very long the stock and heavily invested (whether that is 100,000 shares or 100,000,000) it is up to you to know what you own. not me.

if you track back you can find when nda-ers and even corporate said no dilution. then we saw share structure changes. we saw deals with anything rv and others. there is sufficient info to look into and i don't care if anyone believes me or not, or what they think. we're all entitled to our opinion.

i do not know about "stuff posted lately (PIPE)" as in if they are or have been doing one recently.

what i do know is they said they wouldn't dilute and did so in the past. they lied. they also said shareholders would be updated with share structure info (check filing in corporate words- lied again) as the share structure has changed of late (is that a great thing for the stock? i don't know) they said they would tell us and have not said squat. that i know.
