The annual list was in fact filed today. It's not a document that is automatically generated. It has to be submitted and paid for.
It shows the same officers and board members. The section that shows last year's date will get updated in a day or two. This is a new filing.
I wasn't going to mention it at all but it seems people were going around on ihub saying it's due tomorrow and still needs to be submitted, and someone else saying it's automatically generated. Neither of those are true.
Seems like I'm the only one not too cheap to spend the 6 bucks to see it for myself.
