My experience says that is an unrealistic hope. SA would sparingly tell management the details. Partially to protect their ability to win & collect their own fees. I expect SA reaches out to CYDY pretty infrequently by now as they know the facts by now.
What I look forward to is an announcement the arbitration has resulted in a settlement to the max of Amarex & their insurance provider. I still don't expect that to be measured in weeks. I do expect SA to obtain whatever the max might be.
Then comes the decision by SA whether to proceed with a lawsuit to draw in deeper pockets in court. Unlikely we will be able to proceed on that without SA & their willingness to operate on the upside potential.
I just think we have to live with this kind of corporate uncertainty likely for years to come. In our head we all know this mess will be sorted only in court & very time consuming. Wishing won't make it so.
