Note that one of the two BeaMedical (BM) founders, Gil Shapira is also the founder/CEO/President of Neo-laser which explains the same address as BeaMedical. Neo-laser systems are currently used in 50,000 surgeries annually across 30 countries. In previous PR's it was noted that BeaMedical had an agreement with For Tec Medical which has access to 2,700 US based hospitals for an immediate US launch in 2024.
My understanding is:
Neo-laser will produce the actual laser itself (hardware)
Shino Systems will provide the data integration and laser platform. (software)
ForTec Medical will provide the distribution channel.
BeaMedical provides the laser and optics technology and receives some type of subscription or royalty payment on each unit and/or surgery performed.
I am also guessing that Kips Bay was the "other financial stakeholder" that accompanied Leo on the Israel trip.
