I disagree...the clinical hold was a volunteer effort by Cytodyn Mgmt at the time... to curry favor with the FDA...they knew that with 2 deaths with Covid in high risk patients...and HIV...perhaps compromised...they chose to limit liability...it was the smart move...to many in hindsight...the lifting seems to be slow-walked...but in regulatory arenas...the need to safeguard can be ponderous...All the t's crossed..and punctuation becomes super important...I have dealt with states/provinces in my time...and the cascade of bullshit is beyond belief...Cyrus has his work cut out for him...but when he's done...he has cut a pathway that becomes forged...it's like a license to kill.
