Only 1 "Sun Pacific Power" subsidiary left.
And 1 wildcard company. Take a guess what companies and what their future looks like going into March 2023.
Looking like a house of cards since day 1.
Never a dime of revenue by any of these companies mentioned in the financials since snpw went public in 2017.
Bella Electric - gone (electrician doesn't have to worry about loaning his license any longer)
Sun Pacific Security - gone (what about those fancy SPP vans?)
Medi-Ri - gone (ceo listed as only officer of the company on Ri sos site)
Medrecycler - gone (100% membership owned by ceo)
But, that Sun Pacific Power lighting products catalogue, never mentioned for 5 1/2 years, after a 2017 press release, is still active. lol
And the company owes the ceo over a million in deferred salary on the books. After hundreds of thousands in non-convertible debt borrowed and up in smoke somewhere along with hundreds of thousands borrowed converted into 600-700 millions shares of stock dilution.
One can always blame covid. lol
