Must be. How else to explain the 700,000,000 votes

Another word about the Series B Preferred Stock votes. As I said last week, it is a very, very smart thing to do. Companies that do it, have a quorum. I've seen companies that don't do it, fail and have to reschedule at a later date. The problem is, some companies have a hard time getting people to vote on anything. I don't remember that ever being the case with VERB, but I do remember almost forgetting to vote a previous time. That is the reason for the last vote I did it the minute I got the emails. Likely I was the first to vote.
Bottomline there can be no missed quorum nor a later date for VERB. Shorts are hoping there is no RS. That may seem counterintuitive, but I believe that would be the rest scenario for them.
Although one scenario in my mind is the NASDAQ looks at VERB's plans, the naked shorting and gives them another extension if they even need it.
If VERB needed to do a rs in the future, I would do the max if I was in charge. Get the sp way up there. There may be some institutions that don't buy or can't because the sp is below $5. Spring it above and that could create a lot of buying pressure especially if you time that with a dividend, NFT, etc.
Looking at the weather forecast, I'm expecting some intense heat in some areas.
