The live events I join, I'm usually just listening in the background so don't see the chat. If I hear about something I'm interested and want to buy, I'll come back later if I am busy.
Anyone interfering or trying to sabotage a company's business would be liable for damages. The cost could be quite high. It's easy to track. Imagine if it was tracked back to a company and also a home address? Where one might see this as a threat, it's just a fact.
I've been part of a number of investigations for another company I worked at from online activity. All because someone said something. You know what almost 100% of them say?
"I was just kidding around". Some of the time, it's a disorder they have a hard time controlling.
