More than 12,000 of the 18,000+ jobs at the FDA are Scientists making on average a tad above $100K a year...about 15% higher than most NGO's.
Partial Clinical Hold;
A delay or suspension of only part of the clinical work requested under the IND,
e.g. a specific protoco/study or part of a protocol... is Not allowed to proceed;
however, OTHER protocols/studies or parts of a protocol under the IND are allowed
to PROCEED.
An IND goes into effect 30 Calendar days AFTER CBER receives the IND.
A COMPLETE response is required by the CBER...before any lifting of a hold..
