are Snpw shareholders no longer owning any of medrecycler-ri though a medrecyler llc relationship? does the ceo own 100% (100,000 CNP shares) of the entity (former subsidiary) medrecycler-ri no longer affiliated with snpw? ri secretary of state website seems to indicate same ceo of medi-ri.
Quote:
MedRecycler-RI Inc., in a legal complaint filed last month in state Superior Court, asked a judge to reverse the state Department of Environmental Management’s rejection of a permit for the facility. The company had proposed doing what’s called pyrolysis on Division Road in West Warwick.
so, now medrecycler-ri, with ri sos website showing same snpw ceo, decides to try and revive the project...after medrecycler llc is no longer a snpw subsidiary?
perfect timing, for one, but not for former and current shareholders left holding the bag, who also may have invested in snpw due to medrecycler llc's potential pyrolysis facility?
in my humble opinions
cheers
