A letter got emailed last Friday. No-Balls didn't get it because obviously he's not a shareholder and a liar.
Verb had a number of different email lists. A common misconception is if you are on one, you get everything, but that wouldn't make sense. I don't know which one they used for distribution of the Jan. letter and this one. First thing with any communication from any company that others got and you didn't receive is to check you spam folder.
