If billions can be spent on "future dimmycrat voters" then it seems to me that something could be done to help those folks suffering in Ohio.
By just simply going to Ohio and setting the Fire Dept. up to a meal at McDonalds puts him many steps ahead of anything Plugs and Buttgig have done.
