WTF are YOU trying to say? I stand by the following:
There was NO move by Ukraine nor by NATO toward NATO membership for Ukraine from the breakup of the USSR through the taking of Crimea.
What do you dispute about the above? There has also been no move to admit Ukraine to NATO since that annexation, either.
