This due diligence was shared so you would not be shocked when Medrecycler went to the graveyard to join the other 4 subsidiaries over the past 3 years.
MSW promoting Hcl same Medrecycler was supposed produce .

It's all publicly available information. ceo now owns the side company (MSW Recycler) and 100% of the stock in the, now, "former" subsidiary Medrecycler.
Can't wait to find out how much longer National Mechanical Group (see NJ SOS page) owns the non-glass solar panel patents previously assigned from the ceo.
