wrong again!! not too much to laugh about these days
The 10-Q was related to Medi-Ri demise not Medrecycler's demise. All the while "someone" was still posting about the next biggest and best Medrecyler pyrolysis franchise business and the same person was hyping up those MedMaster trucks supposedly designed by Medrecycler. Not to mention the same someone touting those new laws in some 20 states that opened the door for Medrecycler to plug in with while telling Ri to take a hike. That is actually something to LYAO about.
To make matters worse, who owns 100% of Medrecycler stock now?
Then consider who is also the president of Medi-Ri still listed on RI SOS page?
Then take a guess where the 9 mil of Medrecycler equipment is housed?
But snpw took a 3 mil write off by deconsolidating Medi-Ri? in 2021. So those assets were sold and settled and must have left the company? Right?
follow the yellow brick road ...because someone has been wrong about everything they posted except for the company waiving it's option (not canceling) the latest 14C. So someone is still, technically, wrong about an 8-K not using the word "cancel" in the filing.
pom-poms are shaking on this exciting day seeing the company going from promoting hundreds of millions of revenue across Mexico solar farm and Australia solar farm and feedstocks to a new lighting store (hosting company's lighting products) link on the company's website.
