I don't know that is was is really one of the biggest reasons our stock was hammered. I would imagine the market could handle the selling of 22,562,502 shares over a 1 year span. He certainly didn't help.
He sold 27M shares into the market within 9 Months. And yes, he absolutely had to be shorting at the same time, otherwise he loses money. If he buys 12M shares at .76 and is selling those shares while the stock price is going down then he is selling at a lower price than he bought. So those two financings put a ton of pressure on the stock.

Is Ault trying act like he increased his holdings? The fact is he did, but I'm not sure I've seen the acting. He has more warrants than a year ago. Unfortunately it looks he didn't keep the shares.
Well he hasn't increased anything since the last offering he took part of. And the only thing he increased was the warrants. He should have 27M warrants (which didn't cost him anything. He'll have to pay 9 Million to own those shares if he converts). Even it is was split across the 3 (which I don't think that's the case. I looked into some of his other holdings and it always shows as split but at least in the the case I reviewed, it was not cumulative) he should have shown 9M per.

Oh and Chester said all that noise last year about Ault taking control of VERB was complete and other nonsense.
Once I seen/thought that Ault sold all his shares, I let that theory go.
All this and we have AULT's CFO as our board member. So VERB likely knew what was happening and why the stock was under duress.
