Right, so him selling all those offering share is really one of the biggest reasons our stock was hammered. He likely shorted at the same time to, otherwise he would be taking a loss.
Additionally, I don't really like the fact that Ault is trying act like he increased his holdings when it is clearly just warrants. Annnndddddd why is he not filing for all of his warrants?
I'm sure the reason is because that would put him well above 5%. But how does he get away with only reporting some of his holdings?
