A starting point to consider is what is the compan

The closest thing we may have to compare is once again Bambuser. Also a public company that has been beaten to death. Their current market cap is $80M. Was 8 times higher at one point.
Verb's market cap is $25M. In my mind, Verb is a better company, more diverse with higher potential. Lot easier to get vendors to sell on market than it is to sell them a Live Streaming solution for them to plug into their website. And guess what? I'm not going to their website at such and such a time to watch a live stream. I'm just not and there are some brands I really love.
So let's say Verb is worth, to pick a number, $100M. The direct sales has to be worth at least $25M if not more. Even talkshoplive when they raised money 2 years ago was valued at $75M. Yup, at least $100M. I'm sticking with that.
That would be about $0.68 give or take. That is the minimum I think VERB is worth. Easily would be a lot higher with a better economy. Fix the naked shorting and maybe we are talking a lot higher. Imagine the naked shorts get fined big bucks for damaged. Woah!
Next up would be how to get to $300M, $500M, $750M and a Billion market cap. Acquisitions are 'usually' the fastest way. Is Verb looking at acquisitions? [check]
The other way is strategic partnerships. You are seeing companies like Meta, Instagram, TikTok and others literally failing at Live Shopping. It's not that they didn't want to succeed. It's just not at simple as Verb and others made it seem. The rumor was TikTok was outsourcing their Live Shopping to talkshoplive. That was 4 months ago. Where is it? Did they change their mind? Did they do DD and realize talkshoplive wasn't a good fit? I don't know.
Imagine if Verb signed on a big partner. I believe it will happen one day. Verb's Market is a relative newcomer in this space. Just over 6 months old. Growing by leaps and bounds. I believe a lot of people watching as they are doing some creative things no other company I know is doing. What does Market look like at the 1 year mark. The 2 year mark, The 3 year mark. Going to be exciting to watch.
