This video is the most edifying packet of info that I have ever been exposed to in my 40 years of investing. Don't we all wonder, and find amazing how so many companies with a good product like VERB that seemingly have decent management, good timing and at least for a time were well funded are pummeled relentlessly until funders and retail fall on their swords. I've seen this over and over with biotechs where good news is treated like bad until investor confidence waivers and the companies then are forced to adopt toxic financing, warrants etc.
Note how this rarely happens to companies with VC funding brought public by the likes of Goldman Sachs etc
And then there are the mysteries of how can a stock trade multiples of it known float daily.
I won't even focus on the well organized bashers that so far have operated with impunity.
This complex, impenetrable and corrupt system has cost us all thousands and thousands....basically it is obfuscation which leads to theft. As the video makes clear the more complex the system the easier it is to hide corrupt practices and they are myriad.
And our government responds greatly to lobbyist $$ and ignores the needs of its constituents.
So I urge you to post this video anywhere and everywhere in social media in which you participate.
