Why constantly lie and mislead to discredit to harm innocent shareholders?

Notice post fails to mention that Nick was never charged or found associated with anything to do with what the newspaper erroneously labeling him a co-conspirator.

The meeting Nick cancelled was East Greenwich, the same night West Warwick Town council had a meeting praising Nick for providing more information to the public then the West Warwick Town Council, .
Less than a month later June 20, 2020, Nick representative present at the West Warwick Planing board
It appears Nick had no problem talking in front of a State Agency and the public 1/25/21
